Our Innovation & Development Department came up with the idea of replacing basil with a new vegetable, i.e. spinach leaves. Spinach pesto, which we have made in our company, is a 100% natural product, it is characterized by an intense, light green color with a velvety, uniform consistency. The spinach pesto created by us is a product intended for direct consumption, it can also be a delicious addition to pasta, a tasty spread for sandwiches or an interesting variety of fish and poultry dishes. It provides a powerful dose of beneficial microelements, minerals such as potassium, calcium, vitamins C, E, K and B vitamins, and iron needed for the proper functioning of our organisms. Due to the high content of carotenoids, i.e. powerful antioxidants, spinach has anti-cancer properties, protects against cardiovascular diseases and prevents eye problems.
